ANXIETY
Anxiety is stress, worry and feeling uncomfortable all in one. Anxiety is usually triggered by anticipation of future events, memories of past events. A small amount of anxiety can appear in children, it usually gets worse in adolescents. It can lead to a different variety of other problems aswell. This issue can effect teenagers through social media. Teenagers can easily get anxiety through school. Homework is a part of every teenagers life and some aren't able to handle some challenging work that is handed to them.

If you are feeling anxious or stressed out, there are many things you cn do to treat yourself. I call it the T.E.A.L steps. T for Time out, meaning having some time to relax and get a massage. E for Eat well balanced foods. Do not skip meals, it can leave you feeling worse than ever. A for Accept that you cannot control everything, Put your stress in a perspective, is it really as bad as you think? and finally L for Limit Caffine or Alcohol, it can just trigger panic attacks and aggravate anxiety and stress. Following these stratigies can help decrease your anxiety levels.
