It can affect teenagers simply by being excluded from friendship groups or a negetive realtionship with family members. It's concerning for teenagers because it can affect their learning and how they behave around teachers and family members. Teens are best helped by seeing a doctor right away.

Depression can caused confusd thinking and getting thoughts in your head. Saying to yourself I'm not good enough, Nobody likes me, having these thoughts are not going to help contribute to getting rid of depression. Saying things like, I'm having a good day, i'm succeding, I am doing well, can get you on the positive side of things and make your day a whole lot easier. Even when you don't feel like smiling, smile. It sends a message to your brain that you are happy!
