Researchers at the MHPW (Mental Health Prevelance and Wellbeing study) found that the most common mental disorders in the ADF (Australian Defence Force) were anxiety disorders. Post-traumatic stress disorder being the most prelavent anxiety disorder. Female ADF members rated higher than male ADF members on anxiety disorders and were significantly more likely to have panic attacks or panic disorder.

This picture is of Eating Disorders in australia. It states that approximately 9% of the population is affected by an eating diorder. Also eating disorders can occur in people of any age. Young people are at risk more than adults. studies have found that 4 out of 5 children a afraid of being overweight. In Australia, 7 out of 10 men are overweight or obese. 1 in 2 australian women are overweight and 1 in 4 children are overwieght. Around 20% of teens/adults are affected by some form of mental illness every year.
